Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. Shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Are your products medical devices?

Our consumer wellness line is designed to support sleep hygiene and oral appliance care. They are not medical devices and do not replace treatment prescribed by your doctor or dentist.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I clean my mouth guard or retainer?

We recommend rinsing it under cool water after each use, then weekly soaking with our enzymatic cleaning tablets and a gentle brush. Avoid hot water and harsh toothpaste.
