Shipping Policy

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. We are unable to ship outside the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 7–14 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your package has not moved for more than 7 days, email hr@airway.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
