Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been packed for shipment. Once your order has shipped, please follow our Refund Policy to return it.

How to Cancel

Email hr@airway.com with your order number as soon as possible. We typically dispatch within 1–2 business days, so prompt notice is important.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a future replenishment subscription, you may cancel or modify it at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment will take effect immediately.

Refunds for Cancellations

If we are able to cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
