Refund Policy

We want you to love your Airway Labs purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Hygiene products (cleaning brushes, tablets, sprays) must be unopened.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Email hr@airway.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue an RMA and return instructions within two business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
